Information used to provide the service

SMT Hotspot Tools uses the contact details, tool account email, purchase details, consent record, and support messages you provide to process orders, deliver credits, and answer questions. Technical information such as request times, IP addresses, and browser information may be recorded to secure the service and investigate payment abuse.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not stored by this storefront. Order and payment references are retained to reconcile purchases and support refunds and disputes.

Delivery and support

Your purchase email and order information are used by the SMT credit-delivery system. Support requests are stored and, when configured, delivered to our support inbox. We share relevant records with service providers when needed to process payments, operate the service, or investigate a dispute.

Cookies and external services

This site uses a necessary session cookie for checkout security. Tutorial videos and the installer open on YouTube and Dropbox, which have their own privacy practices. YouTube thumbnail images may load from YouTube’s image servers. No advertising tracker is included in this storefront.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for payment or legal obligations.
