How do my credits arrive?
Paid credits are associated with your tool account email. Use that same email below. Allow payment to complete, then check your balance in the SMT Hotspot Tool. Contact support if the balance does not update.
What does the yearly membership include?
The current product activates a 365-day license on your tool account for a one-time $1,500 payment. Contact support to confirm service coverage for your devices before choosing this option.
Can I get a refund?
Used credits are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, except where required by law. Missing credits, duplicate payments, and service problems can be reviewed. Read the full policy.
